about my domain of words-that-work.info that was stolen
This is the email reply I sent to icann.org today about my domain of
words-that-work.info that was stolen from me; as a complaint against enom and also
google for apparently allowing someone to steal my domain with their help and I also sent it to the FBI and the US Dept of Justice cybercrime unit, and to the Denver Police. Letter addressed to a "Mr Gobin' of icann.org:
Mr Gobin, I did contact Google and supposedly they also contacted me by telephone. The caller said he worked for google apps. And that was in Feb 2009 when the renewal was due and I had entered my c.c. info and I had received a confirmation from google that it was paid but my website was not online and the admin emails were not working. Is there any way to get any help on any thing to do with the internet or is the internet like throwing money in a toilet and flushing it down?
I never put a privacy shield on my domains for two reasons:
1) most of my work is missions outreach trying to teach people who don't know GOD about HIM and that cannot be a secretive effort because people would not trust it. NO one in their right mind does business of any kind with a secretive organization. It immediately makes an honest person think 'crook', 'deceiver' and that is precisely the reason I did not ask for privacy shield and have asked them already twice to remove it.
2) The other part of my 'work' is my marketing of my paintings and sketches that I paint in an effort to build up a market for my paintings I paint. No one in any sort of business that is legitimate and not law-breaking wants to spend money showcasing their created works and then provide no way for potential buyers to get in touch. That is foolish.
If the shield were honest and if the info it is hiding were mine, I would know it and the admin emails would be forwarded to my emails that I set up when i set up the account in Feb 2008. There is a lot wrong with that domain and you know it.
I am copying this to the Denver FBI and the US Dept of Justice cybercrime for their help in resolving this. The thief is not stealing my identity, nor my 'works' of 17 years nor my domains,nor my financial acct while I am delayed by your stall tactics as you help the thief steal my domain and info.

I do not own words-that-work.com but the others domains with that phrase I do own and the words 'words-that-work' and the words 'wordsthatwork' and the words 'words that WORK' are all registered to me as trade names in Colorado and the LLP of words that WORK,LLP is also registered to me in Colorado and renewed/corrected to my maiden name of Gloria J Poole at my address of 980 Grant St # 707, Denver CO 80203 [physical address] and mailing address of PO BOx 61513, Denver CO 80206 and landline phone of 3038371261ext2707 in Dec 2007, Feb 2008, Dec 2008 and Feb 6,2008. You could verify that by visiting the official State of Colorado website for registration of business services and typing in the names for LLP of words that WORK,LLP written exactly that way, then continuing to page to view history, then continuing to view documents, then continuing to view those dates I gave you and then read summary and then scroll to attachments and read the business partners [me and my two grown daughters of Jennifer Josey Borelli and Leigh Josey Bills] and see the websites and info, you will be able to verify that I am the owner and that my only other business partners are my grown daughters who do not live in Colorado. Note, the previous dates for years 2002-2007 showing have outdated info from when married but now divorced for 18 months, since Oct 29,2007 in Arapahoe County Colorado and moved PO box and myself to different locations to get rid of the criminal/thief exhusband who had not lawful authority to any info on words that WORK, LLP and never did.
I know that if you wanted to know the truth it is there on the State of Colorado website and trade names and LLP names and entities are legal entities with legal protections. I am beginning to think i will have to sue everyone involved to get my trade name and LLP back again. It was always mine and began in the state of GA and was first registered there eleven years before I met my second exhusband who ws the violent drug-crazed with cocaine evil man who tried to kill me in 2006 in his scheme to take over my life and paintings and works on the web to offset his taxes he did not pay to the IRS for all the years of his work history at Lake Steam Baths massage parlor on W Colfax St in Denver Co. A man who cannot even figure out how to do email picks up the phone after having stolen my US mail with acct info in it, and impersonates to steal more, is sort of like that profligate liar Bernie Madoff who thinks the world and its people are just for plundering and looting their lives and bank accounts. Evil people.

Todays date is : March 19,2009 at 3:06 pm Mountain Time at Denver CO 80203 ;the residence of
Gloria Poole who bought this domain that was stolen, and who is the owner of the Limited Liability Partnership of Gloria Poole [that is me who is writing this] and my two grown daughters who are Jennifer Borelli of Nebraska and Leigh Bills of Missouri. We are not involved in theft through the internet however and that is why I am posting this public notice to be warned that enom and /or Google domains are not good places to buy domains from since they do not honor their end of bargain --they took my money then gave my domain to the thief with the email address beginning with dp in the above info. The thief 'dp ' could be Denver Public Schools --who knows? It is the 'secret' of their crime accomplices to protect the privacy of the thieves as always want to cover their thefts by secret tricks and con-games.
